Asterisk + Rhino configuration

We are using Asterisk version 1.4.1 connected to our CB24-FXS-220V Rhino channel bank.

We are experiencing problems with call transfers when we use the Recall/Flash buttons on our phones.

However we did manage did get the call transfers to work on a Siemens Euroset 2005 phone that was using Tone Dialing Mode 2 (which is using flash with 600ms). The other phones in the company does not have such a setting and is fixed to 98ms.

We would like to know how should we setup Asterisk to work with the Rhino channel bank and/or how should we setup the Rhino channel bank to detect the Recall/Flash signals.

Another problem we are also experiencing is that incoming phone calls' DTMF signals are not being detected by Asterisk, since we have installed the Rhino channel bank. This is a big problem since our PBX uses an IVR menu system.

However, when a call is made from a cell phone / mobile phone the DTMF signals are being detected without any problem, it is only land lines that is causing the DTMF detection problem. I do not know if this could also be related.
